For licensed child care facilities, RCCS provides referrals. We also provide assistance to people who are starting new child care programs in western Sonoma County. We can assist in technical aid in all aspects of opening and operating a child care home or center, including applying for a license, fingerprinting, information about laws, taxes, insurance, health and safety, working with parents, contracts with parents and lots more.
A free lending library stocked with toys, books, videos and information on activities for children. Our lending library has been filled with items chosen by the RCCS Child Development Resource Specialists.Each item and activity kit has been provided with maximum play and educational value in mind.
